John K. Nicoll is the general superintendent in charge of all field operations at the J Companies. John has over 35 years of experience in the industry starting as a tradesman then transitioning into management roles allowing him to understand the smallest details in how a project runs effectively in the field. His resume includes all sectors of the industry from new construction to renovations, including high-rise, commercial, residential, educational and industrial building with all permutations of structure and mechanical systems that are used. John's focus on logistics from the project’s inception facilitates the schedule-driven approach to meeting deadlines and budgets. John holds an NYC DOB Site Safety Manager license.
