RoseMarie Carire | Document Control Director and Risk Manager
RoseMarie Carire is the Document Control Director and Risk Manager for The J Companies. She has worked with The J Companies since 2006 in multiple roles and has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. In her role as the Risk Manager, she assesses, evaluates and archives all the Insurance for the company and its projects. In her role as the Document Control Director, she has assisted in implementing and standardizing the company protocol for all file documentation. She trains, supervises and oversees the Assistant Project Managers and monitors all their tasks and responsibilities to ensure all documents that the company handles are maintained properly.
Prior to joining The J Companies, she learned the Industry’s complexities with her boots on the ground by being an Assistant Superintendent and then an Assistant Project Manager on numerous projects, giving her the field knowledge required to be effective in this industry at any level. She has an SST Card, DOB Construction Superintendent License and has a Certificate from NYU in Construction Management.
She wears purple wonderfully and manages to keep a cache of snacks nearby at all times.
