Jean A. Gauthier II has 30 + years as Owner Representative and Construction Manager on Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Highway and Heavy Construction, as well as State and Federal Construction.
Jean’s responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of projects, widely ranging in size and complexity. He has extensive knowledge and experience in management disciplines that include budgetary planning, selection and oversight of design teams, preparation of contract bid documents, negotiation of construction trade contracts, project coordination, and completion.
